Academy Athletes train with an expert coaching staff Monday thru Friday. They are coached by using Real-Time Objective Feedback utilizing high-tech MLB Technology.

We have individualized training programs for Strength, Speed, Hitting, Pitching, Defense, Recovery and Mobility.

Athletes are held to the highest standards for Nutrition, Recovery, and GPA.

Academy Athletes are tested and tracked using the same Technologies trusted by MLB teams — including HitTrax, Trackman, Blast Motion, Proteus Motion, Keiser, Vald Force Decks, Virtue Bar Speed sensors, & Garmin performance wearables.

Every month, each athlete receives detailed progress reports showing how their Strength, Speed, Mechanics, and Performance metrics are changing.
We review this data together — Coach, Athlete, and Parent — to stay aligned and hold both sides accountable for progress.
